Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Clay Pot Gifts ships merchandise to locations within the United States for a flat fee of $6.95. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are at the flat rate of $20.00. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. You will need to file directly with the carrier. We normally use FEDEX. If other carrier is specified, addtional handling charges will be incurred.

Return Policy
You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Clay Pot Gifts reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. Due to the nature of our gift basket products and the perishable products, we will only replace the clay products that are used as the containers. The clay products must be returned to us for credit at your expense and then a replacement will be shipped to the original delivery address at our expense.
